Even though we have such bright minds in house at Cugla, we are nowhere without a smooth production process. We therefore invest heavily in our machinery and processes. Thus, we assure our customers of the best quality mortars and admixtures.

Rigorous inspection

We manufacture all our products ourselves at our site in Breda. We get the raw materials we need from all parts of the world. After they are delivered to us by road, we expose them to strict entry checks. Nothing goes into the machines that does not fully meet our requirements. Only when we have fully approved and released the raw materials do they become part of our production process. In this way, we ensure consistent quality.

Fully automated factory

The increasing demand for our mortars has caused us to invest heavily in our machinery in recent years. Our state-of-the-art cementitious production line now operates fully automatically. The system packs the mortars directly into PE packaging and places them on a pallet. Safety above all

All processes at Cugla are fully certified. This makes our production site not only a place where we can meet our customers’ needs, but also a totally safe environment for our valued employees.

New production line for mortar packaging

.A completely new packaging line was installed in 2017, which also introduced the new health and safety and environmentally friendly mortar packaging.
