Although we have such bright minds in house at Cugla, we are nowhere without a smooth production process. That is why we invest a lot in our machines and processes. This way, we ensure our customers of the best quality of admixtures for concrete.

Highly approval level

We manufacture all our products at our Cugla Campus. We get the raw materials from all over the world. After they delivery, we subject them to strict entry check. Nothing goes into the production that does not fully meet our requirements. Only when we have fully approved and released the raw materials they become part of our production process. This way, we ensure consistent quality.

Flexible factory

The increasing demand for our admixtures for concrete has led us to invest heavily in our machinery in the past years. We have a highly flexible factory. It is designed so that, in addition to our extensive standard range of admixtures, we can also produce tailored solutions. When necessary, we scale up our production immediately. We are able to fill our products (on four sites simultaneously) in any quantity and packaging, due to our various options.

All processes at Cugla are fully certified. This makes our production site not only a place where we can meet our customers’ needs, but also a totally safe environment for our employees.
