The traditional way of producing moisture-wicking concrete has several limitations. In particular, the very low water-cement factor ensures that only a limited part of the cement hydrates.
Cugla developed Pavingplast technology to allow more water to be added while retaining shape, reducing compaction energy and increasing cement hydration. A cement reduction of approximately 20 kg/m3 is certainly feasible. By using this innovative admixture technology, you get a more beautiful and stronger concrete at a lower cost and a better environmental profile.
